claration anci Exl~ibits and the Articles of Incorporation, 8y-Laws and Dcclaration

further aclrno~,ledges rec~tpt of and reading and examination of said Declaration, its
Exhibits, and budget, s~2es brochure and floor plan, and acknowledges tha~t each and ~
every provision of the forego:ng is essential to the successful operation and manage-
ment_of the Condominiua property and is in the best interests-and for the benefit of
all~the awners therein. Purc.haser and ~ll owners of parcels in the aforedescribed

Property R~~ers' Associ~tion doc~ents referrecl to
above and the-provisions tl~ereof
are reasonable, fair and equitab~e, and said Purchaser acknowled~es and confirnLs
that the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions of the 1'roperty U,mers' ~ Associ-
ation has encu,r~ered and impressed a lien u~n t}~e Condaninium parcel being conveyed
to I'~irchasar, :is security for his obligations uncler the said Declaration of Covenants
and Restrictions of the Property Owners' Association and said Purciiaser assumes tlie
