THIS CAUSE coming on for final h~aring this 15th day of
November, 19??, with the~Husband having appeared with_counsel
and a default having been entered againat the Wife for failux~e
to Yile or serve an answer or other plead3,ng. And the Court
_ having given Full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the parties and
sub~ect matter of this cause; that the relations of Husbaud and
T~Tife now exists between the parties; the equities are with the
Husband and against the ~Tife; and the Husband is~entitled to
dissolution of marriage. It is thereupon .
ORDTsRED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF I~IIARRIAGE. The marriage between the
~ Wife, BARBARA E. POITIER, and the Husband, ROBF~RT H. POITIER, be
~ and the same is hereby dissolved, arid the said parties and each of

them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony her,
for~ existing between _them and from the obliga-tions arising therefrom.
2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of thfs cause, and the parties
