This cause coming on to be heard upon the sworn Petition
of the Wife, Kellie H. Hudson, without notice, seeking temporary
- custody of the minor child, Roger Damien Hudson, and the~Cburt
having heard testimony and being fully advised in the premises
it` is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

1. The temporary care of the minor chiZd, Roger Damien
Hudson, is committed to the Wife, Kellie H. Hudson, pending a !

temporary hearing as to the custody of the child until final hearing. °
2. The Husband, Paul L. Hudson, is hereby restrained and
enjoined from molesting, harassing or interfering with the Wife,

Kellie H. Hudson. - 4
3. All and singular the Sheriffs of the state of Florida are
directed to render sucfi assistance to the Wife, Kellie H. Hudson, t
as may be necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this
Order without further order of this Court.
4. That said temporary hearing is set before this Court on
