KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That MORTGAGE INVESTMENT
SECURITIES, INC., a corporation existing under the laws of the
State of Illinois, party of the first part, in consideration of the
sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) and other valuable considerations, re-
ceived from or on behalf of CONTINENTAL ILLINOIS NATIONAL IIANK AND
TRUST COMPANY OF CHICAGO, narty of the second part, at or before the
ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, barqain, sell, assign, transfer
and set over unto the said party of the second part a certain mortgage

Condominium in accordance with and subject to the covenants,
conditions, restrictions, terms and other provisions of that
"Declaration of Condominium for Hutchinson Island Club,~a
Condominium" recorded in O. R. Book 254, page 2128, et.s~.,
Public Records of said County and all Amendments ther'eto,
including an undivided interest in the Common Elements of
said C~ndominium as set forth in said Declaration as amended,
together with the note or obligation described in said mortgage, and
- the monies due and to become due thereon, with interest from the
30th day of November , 197 7.
