Personally appeared before me HELEN M. DOWNWARD, who,
after beinq duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That she has personal knowledge of all facts stated

2.' That she presently resides at 203 Margaret Ann Lane
in Fort Pierce, Florida.
3. That on or about April 11, 1961, she and her husband,

property by virtue of that certain warranty deed from ERNEST

County, Florida:
South one-half of Lot 3, Block 1, WHITE CITY ESTATES,
according to plat thereof as recorded on Plat Book 9 at
page 48 of the public records of St. Lucie County,
