Before me, the undersigned officer, personally appeared
RICHARD A.-SOKE, who, being first duly sworn, deposes and says:
1. That he is one and the same person as the Grantor in
that certain Warranty Deed dated August 15, 1975, filed for record
September 2, 1975, and recorded in Official Records Book 243,
page 812, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein
he conveyed to JUNE MAHONEY the following described real property
in St. Lucie County, Florida, to wit: '
The Easterly half of Lot 23, BEACH CLUB COIANY, Section
One, according to the plat thereof, filed May 3, 1971,
and recorded in Plat Book 16, page 11, St. Lucie County,
Florida, public records.
2. That he is also one and the same person as the Grantor
in that certain Warranty Deed dated August 15, 1975, filed for
record September 2, 1975, and recorded in Official ReQards Book
243, page 814, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, wherein
he conveyed to PAULA JO GELLER the following described real property
in St: Lucie County, Florida, to wit:
The Westerly half of Lot 23, BEACH CLUB COLONY, Section _
! One, according to the plat thereof, filed May 3, 1971,
and recorded in Plat Book 16, page 11, St. Lucie_County, .

j 3. That on the date of the execution and delivery of both
~ of the aforesaid deeds the permanent residence address of your
~ Affiant was 1 Circle Drive, Ocean Breeze Park, Jensen Beach, Florida;
