THIS CAUSE coming on for final hearing on Wednesday,

i, November 23, 1977 and the Court having previously heard evidence
and received exhibits on two prior hearing dates and the Court
~1 having reviewed all of the evidence and e~chibits entered herein, +
~i and the Court finding from said evidence that there has been

' no substantial breach of the two leases and license agreement
.

previously entered into on January 1, 1g75, and the Court further
,
finding that the six month termination clauses contained in the ,
, ~
two leases and the license agreement are valid provisions if
ii i
exercised in good faith and under circumstances where it would
i
~ i; not be inequitable or where the exerciser would not be estopped
~ i;
from exercising said termination clauses, and the Court further ~
~ 4; ~
i finding that the termination notices sent on May 26, 1977 were (
~ ii not sent in good faith and were sent under circumstances that i
:j - ~
would make it inequitable for those termination notices to be !
j

effective, it is !

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: j

~ (1) That the Defendant, MURIEL V. CONCANNON be and
~ she is hereby permanently enjoined from proceeding with that
~

; certain law action filed in County Court in St. Lucie County,

~ „ Florida, styled Muriel V. Concannon vs. Treasure Coast Fisheries

i;
; Cooperative, Inc., a Florida corporation, Case No. 77-1030-CC,

g and said Defendant, MURIEL V. CONCANNON be and she is hereby
