where there is no estoppel to so exercise them.

(3) That the claim for attorney's fees by the

(4) That each art should bear its own costs and

that the Court Reporter's fee should be split equally between
the two parties.
(5) That the $10,000.00 cash bond posted by the ~ _
Plaintiff, Treasure Coast Fisheries Coop., Inc. at the time '
that the temporary injunction was issued, is no longer required
