PLAINTIFFS' PETITION FOR ORDER
APPROVING SETTLEMENT AND
DISMISSING CAUSE WITH
PREJUDICE
This cause came before the Court on the Stipulation
of the parties and the Plaintiffs' Petitio~ for Order approving
settlement. By Stipulation, the parties seek to have this
case dismissed with prejudice as to all Defendants. As to
consideration of the Stipulation and the Petition for
approval of_the settlement,_it is the opinion of the Court
that this Order should be entered in accordance with the
terms and conditions of the Stipulation and the allegations
contained.in the Petition for Order approving settlement.

It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Plaintiffs' Complaint and the cause of action
~ against the Defendants is dismissed with prejudice, the
~ parties to bear their own costs.
2. In view of the questionable liability and the amount
of the settlement, the sum of $6,000 is a fair portion of
~
~ the settleiaent for settlement of the minor Plaintiff's claim,
the sum of $2,000 is a fair portion of the settlement for
~ settlement of the father's claim ($I,000 for medical bills and
$1,000 for loss of services, etc.) and $1,000 is a fair portion
of the settlement for settlement of the mother's claim for
~ loss of services. ~ •
