Petition for Order approving settlement it appears that the
amount Of thA :3Pt Gett~Pmenf tn thP min~r Plaint~ff i~ annroxi-
mately $3,135, significantly less than $5,000. Therefore,
the natural guardian and parents of the minor Plaintiff may
settle said claim in the amounts outlined above and in the
Plaintiff's Petition for Order approving settlement without
bond and without the requirement of being legally appointed
guardians of the property of the minor Plaintiff. Further, ~
said natural guardians and parents of the minor Plaintiff
are authorized to execute any instrument or instruments that
may be necessary to effect the settlement and when said instru-
ment or instruments are so executed it or they shall be a com-
plete release of the Defendants in this cause making the settlement,
to-wit PATRICIA ANN RAY, ELVERA D. RAY and TRAVELERS INSURANCE
