PETITION FOR DISCHARGE ~
The undersigned, as personal representative of the above ~
Estate alleges:
1. The decedent, Dora A. Mugan, now known as Dora A. Ryan,
a resident of St. Lucie County. Florida, died on July 26, 1976,
i
and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on `
December 22, 1976. ~
2, Petitioner files herewith a final accounting containin
a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the
commencement of administration of this Estate. or since the date
of the last accounting filed herein, if ~ny.
3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate, by
making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims
; and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision
' for the payment of all e~enses of administration. ~

~ 4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returns ~ {
~
~ with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of
~
Revenue of the State of F7~ric~a; and has obtained and filed with
~
~ this court evidence of the satisfaction of this Estate`s
~ obligations for both fedexal and Florida estate taxes, if any.
~ . 5. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution
~ -
~ of the assets of this Estate as set forth in the scRedule of
~
4 distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
' 6. The only persons having an interest in this proceeding ~
