TfEM FOUR
I name, nominat~, constitute and appoint my son, REV. JOHN JOSEPH
MOLNAR, Executor of this, my Last Will and Testament, and direct that
he shall serve without giving bond, hereby giving and granting unto my
said Executor full power and authoriiy to sell and dispose of any property
of which I may die possessed, whether the same be real, personal or
mixed and wheresoever the same may be situate, and upon such price,
terms and conditions as he in his sole and ~ unrestricted discretion may
see fit, and without o~ Court.
ITEM FIVE
In the event that my son, REV, JOHN JOSEPH MOLNAR, cannot ~serve
as such Executor for any reason whatscever, then I nominate and appoint
my son, JOSEPH M. MOLNAR, JR. , as Alternate Executor, he als~ to
serve without giving bond, and to have the same powers as described in
Item Four above.
! I have signed this Will consisting of this and one other typewritten page

! on the bottom of each of which I have signed my name for greater security
