The Petitioner, STANLEY WILDMAN, JR., ancillary personal
representative of the above estate alleqes as follows:
~ l. Part~of the assets of the above estate in the State of
Florida consists of the following described real property: ~
That part of Lot 8, Block 5, FLORIANA _
PARK SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 2,
Paqe 7, Public Records of St. Lucie County,
Florida, as more particularly described as ~
follows: -
Beginninq at the Northwest Corner of Lot 8,
Block 5, FLORIANA PARK SUBDIVISION, run
South 50 feet to the Southwest Corner there-
of, thence East to the West line of North
lSth Court Street, as now surveyed by the City
of Fort Pierce, Florida, thence Northerly
along said West Line at said street 50 feet,
more or less, to a-point directly East of
the Point of Beginning, thence West to the
Point of Beginning.
2. An offer conditioned upon Court approval has been

~ received to purchase the property from this estate for a price _

E of $13,000.00 upon the terms and conditions set forth in the

~ _Contract for Sale executed by Betty Bleech, the proposed purchaser,

~ a copy of which contract is attached hereto as Exhibit A.

~ 3. Petitioner considers that it is in the best interest
~ of the estate and of those interested in it that the real property
~ be sold in order to receive the funds necessar to a the ex enses

~ of administration not only in the State of Florida but also where ~

~ the Domiciliary Estate is pending in the State of Tennessee and to

- pay the specific cash gifts bequeathed by the decedent, SUZIE CRONK
~
s STEINCAMP, which cash is not currently on hand in either the ancillary
~ or domiciliary administrations.
