property described below and is evidenced by a promissory note in favor of

the undersigned, and each of them, (hereinafter caUed `Borrower") hereby covenant and agree with Lender
as follows:

2. Borrower hereby assigns to L.ender all moneys due or to become dae to Borrower as rental or otherwise for or on
account of such real property, reserving unto Borrawer the right to collect and retain any such moneya prior to Borroarer's
default under the terms of the loaa described above;
3. Borrower will not create or permit -any lien or any encumbrance (other than those presently eziating) to ezist
on said real property and wili not transfer, cell, assign or in any manner dispose of said real property or any interest therein ~

; 4. Lender is hereby authoriud and permitted to cauae this instrument to be recorded at auch time and in such places
