Pre-Trial Conference having been-held, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
1: STIPULATIONS AND ADMISSIONS were made as follows:

(a) Discovery shall be left open until the time of trial.
(b) Each side shall have three challenges.
(c) Employment and medical records custodians will not

be required to testify at trial.
(d) Copies will be allowed into evidence-in lieu of

~ (e) Depositions and Interrogatories filed in the case of

j Casanova vs. Mackey, Case No. 76-339 CA, shall be
~ adopted in the uresent case and used in the trial

Pre-Trial Conference shall be admitted into evidence without objec-
q tions except as to relevancy and materiality. _
