This cause coming on before the Court for trial and the parties ~
7 having announced to the Court with their counsel, that the parties were in
agreement and the Court having determined that the parties were in agreement
and being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby
CONSIDERED, ORDERED and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the plaintiffs shall canvey to the defendant, YICTORIA
~ P. ROBERSON and her husband or to her alone if she obtains a release or assign-
; ment from the husband, and that VICTORIA P. R08ERSON individually or joined by
i
~ her husband as ma~y be necessary, should execute and deliver to the sellers a
~
~ purchase money mortgage dated from the date of February 14, 7975 and securing
i
~ a purchase money note with interest of 9~ from the said date, securing therein
~
~ a sum equal to the balance unpaid on the agreement between the parties as of
~ March 14, 1977 together with taxes accrued and paid by the plaintiffs from and
~
~ after the said date of February 14, 1975 through December 3l, 1976, together with
~
~
- insurance premiums paid by the plaintiffs? ~ with the above being a total sum of
~
~ $28,300.51 with interest from February 14,1975 to be paid in monthly instaliments

of $292.39 camtiencing January 1, 1978.

x 2. The defendant shall pay the taxes and insurance on the premises

~ prior to the date the same sha17 be noticed for sale of certificated as to

; taxes or cancellation of insurance with such provisions for prorations thereafter

~ as may be contained in the mortgage and note in the event of further default.
