FINAL DECREE OF DIVORCE
This cause came on to be heard upon-the~original Complaint
for Divorce filed by the plaintiff; personal service on the
defendant; Interlocutory Default Judqment entered against- -
defendant on her failure to answer the Complaint; all of which
the Court finds from statements of counsel and the entire
record in said cause, that the charge of the plaintiff "that
the parties have irreconcilable differences," was fully sustained. .
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED:
1. That the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between Michael Randolph Jenkins and Charleyn Ann Bowers Jenkins
be, and the same are hereby absolutely dissolved and forever ~
held for naught; and the parties are hereby restored to all the
rights and privileges of unmarried persons.
2. That title to the following described real property
is divested out of plaintiff and vested in defendant with the
defendant continuing the monthly payments on the property until
indebtedness is paid.

3. That the Property Settlement Agreement filed in
this cause is hereby approved and the terms herein incorporated
in this Decree by reference as if all terms were explicitly
listed in the divorce.
