JR., as quardians of the person and property of JOHN WILLIS,
JOSEPH WILLIS, EILEEN WILLIS and EDWARD WILLIS, all mi.nors,
respectfully alleqe :
. 1. The above-named wards awn a fractional interest
in the followinq described property which Petitioners desire ~
to sell: '
Lot 6, Block 16, SURFSIDE UNIT TWO, according
to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book
11, at paqe 8, of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida.
2. Petitioners consider that it is expedient and
necessary to sell the property described above in order to
pay the administration expenses in the Estate of Thomas F.
Willis and in this guardianship.
E 3. Petitioners desire to sell the property at pri-

~vate sale for.$11,500.00 cash, less normal closing costs.
