- The Petition of JAMES J. WILLIS and TAOMAS F. WILLIS,
JR. for leave to sell certain property of their wards, JOHN
WILLIS, JOSEPH WILLIS, EILEEN WILLIS and EDWARD WILLIS, all
minor~, coming on this day to be heard; and it appearinq

to the Court that it is in the best interests of the wards
~for the property to be sold, and that notice of the Petition
for leave to sell is not deemed necessary or desirable; and
the Court being fully advised; it is
ORDERED that the guardians are authorized to sell
'~-hE' following described property belonginq to wards :
Lot 6, Block 16, SURFSIDE UNIT TWO, accord-
inq to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 11, page 8, of the public records of
St. Lucie=County, Florida.
The terms of the sale shall be as follaws: $11,500.00,
in cash, less the customary closing costs.
