LETTERS OF GUARDIANSHIP
TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCEPIJ:
L4BEREAS, EDITH F.ECHT was appointed Guardian of the person
and property of LUISE DU.MAS by the undersigned Circuit Judge on the
day of :Vovember, 1977; and
~VHEREAS, the said EDITH RECHT has taken the oath and given
bond, as required by law, and is entitled to Letters of Guardianship.
NOt~, THEREFORE, I, ROYCE R. LE[aIS, Circuit Judge in and for
the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, by virtue of the power and
authority by law in me vested, do declare the said EDITH ?tECHT to be
duly qualified under the laws of the State of Florida to act as Guard-
ian of the person and property of said incompetent, with full power to
ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive any assets belong to said
incompetent; to pay the debts of said incompetent, if any, so far as
~ the assets of their estate will perMit and the law direct, and to pro-

~ tect the interests of said incompetent and her estate according to law,
~ and to render due accounts of her guardianship.
