THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 29th day of November, 1977, and
the Court having given full con~ideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurfediction of the parties and subject matter of thia suit; that
the relation of husbaad and wife now exiata between the partiea; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievablq broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupoa
ORDffitBD and ADJIJDGED as follovs:
1, DISSOLUTION: The marriage betweea H@IRY CAl1SSY and FLORINB CAUSBY
be and the same.is herebq dieaolved, and the partiea and each of them are hereby
j forever freed from the bonde of matrim~nq heretofore eaiating bet~reen them and
~ from the obligations arising therefrom.

i 2. PROPBRTY. The wife is awarded the 1975 Pontiac automobile and

~ ' the husband is aWarded the 1974 Dodge Pick-up Truck and the wife ahall deliver to

3. RBSTRAINING ORDffit: Each of the partiea are hereby enjoined and
~ restrained from interferiag with, harrasaing, or annoying the other.
~ 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of thia cause and the partiea hereto ia

retained for the entrq of auch further ordera as may be proper.
