DISSOLUTIONOFMARRIAGB
Thie cause came on for trial the lat day of December, 1977, and
the Court having given full consideration of the parties and subject matter of
thie auit; that the relation of hueband and wife now exiats between the parties;
and that the marriage bet~reen the partiea is irretrievably broken and ehould be
diasolved. It is thereupon
ORDH~tBD AND ADJUDGBD as followa:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARBIAGB. The marriage between GILBSRT T. R~OGSRS
and INBZ ELLBN ROGBRS be and the same is hereby disaolved, an~ the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
' ~ 2. PROPERTY. The property settlement agreement dated November 23,
~ 1977 and admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by reference and

i the parties are ordered to comply irith the proviaiona thereof.

~ 3. RESTRAINING ORDBR. Each of the parties ia hereby enjoined and .

restrained from interfering with, harassing or annoying, the other.
4. JURISDICTION. Juriadiction of this cause, and the parties here-
~ to is retained for the entry of such further ordera as may be proper.
