DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the lst day of December,
1977~ and the Court having given_,full.consideration to all the
evidence~ finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of
the parties and sub~ect matter of this suit; that the relation of ;

husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the ;
. ;
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should 3

be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ROBERT
J. DENMARK and BEVERLY B. DENMARK be and.the same is hereby dis-
solved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed ~

' from the bonds of matrimony theretofore existing between them and -

~ from the obligations arising therefrom.

2. CUSTODY. Primary custody of JOHN ROBERT DENMARK,

~ FAWN FRANCINE DENMARK and ERIC OWEN DENMARK, minor children of the =

~ parties, is hereby awarded to BEVERLY B. DENMARK as provided for ~

in the Property Settlement Agreement with reasonable visitation ~
~ rights reserved to ROBERT J. DENMARK. ~

~ 3. PROPERTY. The Propertv Settlement Agreement admitted ~
