Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; , ~

that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; ~

and that the marria~ge between the parties should be dissolved. It is ~

thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. DISSOLUTION OF I~?RRIAGE. The marriage between SADIDRA L. ENFINGER ~

and JERRY CLIFTON ENFINGER be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the `
;
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of ~
matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arisi.ng i
therefrom.
~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of SANDRA LE£ ENFINGER, minor child of the
f parties, is hereby awarded to the Wife, SArIDRA L. ENFINGER, with reasonable
~
~ visitation rights reserved to the Husband, JERRY CLIFTON ENFINGER. :

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of December, 1977, JERRY

~ CLIFTON ENFINGER, shall pay to SANDRA L. ENFINGER, the sum of ~
~
~
~ each and every week for.the support of the child named above. - g
~ ~ t
~ Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him ~

~ remitted promptly to the Wife, SANDRA L. ENFINGER. In addition, there is ~
~
b ~ereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory costs to be added to each s
