Thia cause came on for trial the lst daq of December, 1977, and the
Court having given fu11 consideration to a1~ the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has juriediction of the partiea and aubject matter of thia suit; that
the relation of huaband and wife now exiats between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved.

It is thereupon ?
ORDBRBD AND ADJUDGBD as follows: ;
1. DIS90L[ITION OF MARRIAGB. The marriage between DONALD NAPISR and
THELMA L. NAPIER be and the same ia hereby di88olved, and the parties and each
of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds.of matrimony heretofore exiating
between them and from the obligationa arising therefrom.
2. Q1SI~ODY. Custodq of DpNNA NAPIBR and DONALD NAPIffit, JR., minor

children of the parties, is hereby awarded to THSI1~fA L. NAPIBR with reasonable
; visitation righta reserved to DpNALD NAPISR.

; 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 9th daq of December, 1977 DONALD NAPIER

i winter periode when the wife ia employed and in turn $75.00 per week during the

I summer when the wife is unemployed, for the aupport of the children named above.

j Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and bq him

; remitted promptly to THELMA L. NAPIBR. In addition there is hereby assessed the
sum of $2.00 as atatutory coata to be added•to each payment made.to the Clerk.

All payments shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of thia Court adviaed of their mailing and ~
