The South 100 feet. as measured along the.right of way line of U.S. Highway
No.l, of the following described property, to-wit: Begin at the Southeast
corner of Section 22, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, and run West on
the South Section line to the East right of way line of Federal Highway
No. 1, as same existed March 9, 1955 (Oixie Highway): and thence run ~
Northwesterly along said right of way 893 feet more or less to the Northwest
corner of lands heretofore soid to Shanahan (which is more specifically
set out in Deed Book 178 at Page 397 of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida) for point of beginning of the tract herein described;
and from thence run Northeasterly on the North line of said Shanahan
property to the East line of said Section 22; and thence run~North on
Section line to the Southeast corner of lands heretofore sold Brack (which
is more specifically set out in Deed Book 155, at page 29 of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and in that Quit Claim Deed from
Effie Brack, a single woman, to Frank H. Moore and Eveiyn F. Moore, his
wife, filed.December 6, 1957, under ~egister No. 62270 in the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida); a~d thence run Southwesterly on
the South line of said Brack p~operty to the right of way line of said
highway; and thence run Southeasterly on the right of way line 125 feet
more or less to the starting point of the Tract herein conveyed being
~ the Northwest corner of the said Shanahan tract. EXCEPTING FROM TNE
FOREGOING PARCEL all rights of way for public roads and the easement for
ele~tric transmission and distribution lines.,%
