EXHIBIT ~
The South 100 feet, as measured along~the right of way line .
of U.S. Highway No. 1, of the following described property, ;
to-wit: Begin at the Southeast corner of Section 22, Township
36 South, Range 40 East, end run West on the South Section line
to the East right of way line of Federal Highway No. 1, as
same existed March 9, 1955 (Dixie Highway): and thence run
Northwesterly along said right of way 893 feet more or less
to the Northwest corner of lands heretofore sold to Shanahan
(which-is more specifically set out in Deed Book 178 at Page
397 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida) for
point of beginning of the tract herein described; and from
thence ~un Northeasterly on the No~th line of said Shanahan
property to the East line of said Section 22; and thence run
North on Section line to the Southeast corner of lands heretofore
I; sold Brack (which is more specifically set out in Deed Book
i 155, at page 2y of the public reco~ds of St. Lucie County,
Florida, and in that Quit Claim Deed from Effie Brack, a single
! woman, to Frank H. Moore and Evelyn F. Moore, his wife, filed
December 6, 1957, under register No. 62270 in the public ~
~ records of St. Lucie County, Florida); and thence ~un Southwesterly
~ on the South line of said Brack property to the right of way line
s of said highway; and thence run Southeaste~ly on the right of way
€ -line 125 feet more or less to the starting point of the Tract
~ herein conveyed being the Northwest corner of the said Shanahan
~ tract. EXCEPTING FROM THE FOREGOING PARCEL all rights of way
for public roads and the easement for electric transmission and
~ distribution lines. -
