shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said support payments
received from the Defendant/Father to the Department of Heal~h and
Re'.:abilitative Services, Child Support Enforc ~-nent Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social
securitq number of each respective Defendant/I~'ather in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for sa~e; i t is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the DefendantCFather until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments frora the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in whic'a event
tj~e s~sppert pay:nents shall therea~ter be 1ir~cte?~ ~nd payable to
the natural mother.
