check, or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social
securitq number of each respective Defendant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for sa.-ne; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that ~he Clerk of the Circuit Cour~
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in whic'n event

the natural mother.
