ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Cireuit CourC°
shall and he is hereby ordered to foYward said support payments
received from the Def endant/Father to the Department of Health and -
Rehabilitative Services, Child.Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social
security tiumber of each respee~tive Defendant/Father in arder to
insure that he receives proper credit for saane; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the ~
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event
t~ie suppc~rt payments shall therear ~er be rli?'eL ~e3 and pay able to
the natural mother.
