ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to foYward said support payments
received from the Defendant/Father to the Department of Health and
Rerabilitative Servicea, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an accountir?g therefor, shall bear the name and social _
,
security number of each respective Def endant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he_is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments from the
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event
the suppert payments shall thereaifier be 3irectQd 2nd payable to _
the natural mother.
