ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to fozward said suppnrt payments
received from the Defendant/Father to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood B1vd.,~Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an accounting therefor, shall bea~ the name and social
security number of each respective Def endant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments fran the
Department of Health and Rehabilita~ive Services, in which event
the suppert payments shall thereacter be ~irecte~ znd payable to
the natural mother.
