ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to foYward said support payments
received from the Defendant/Father to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal
check, or an accounting therefor, sha1L bear the name and social
security riumber of each respective_ Def endant/Father in order to
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED tha~ the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of
this Court or receipt of notice to discontinue payments fran the
Department of Health and RehabiZitative Services, in which event
tlle suppert payments shall therea~~er be dir~~cted ~nd payable to
the natural mother.
