THIS CAUSE having come on for hearirig on Petition of the
Department.of Health and Rehabilitative.Services for Child Support
• and the Court having found that said Petitianer is a proper party
by virtue of an assignment of ri~hts to child support signed by
the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and all parties
having received proper notice, it is _
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition shall be and the
same is hereby granted; it is further
