shall and he is hereby ordered to forward said support payments
received from the Def endant/Father to the Department of Health and ~

Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Section, 1317
Winewood Blvd., Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. Each transmittal ~
check; or an accounting therefor, shall bear the name and social ~
~
security riumber of each respective Def endant/Father in order to ~
insure that he receives proper credit for same; it is further -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Clerk of the Circuit Court
shall and he is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support
payments received from the Defendant/Father until further order of ~
~
this Court or receipt of ~notice to discontinue payments. frotn the ~
~
Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in which event ~
' tlle support nayments shall therea~ter be ~iirected znd payable to ~
~
~
i the natural mother. ;
