. THIS CAUSE having come on for hearing on Petition of the
Deparfinent of Health and Rehahilitative Services for Child Support

• and the Court having found that said Petitioner is a proper party
by virtue of an assignment of rights to child support signed by
the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and all parties
~ having received proper notice, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition shall be and the
same is hereby granted; it is further ~
