THIS CAUSE was heard on this day upon the Motion and Affidavit for
F.nforcement previously filed herein by the Petitioner, and the Petitioner

the Respondent.qhaving appeared in person in open Court and not having ~
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the ~
testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is j
therefore -
ADJUDGED that MICNAEL SoOTT , the Respondent, had the
f inatic ial ability to pay the sums hereinaf ter ref erred to and is now '
adjudged guilty of . willful contempt of this C~urt for his willful failure
to pay support payments as directed by order duly entered herein, a copy
of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for cantempt he i~ hereby
