THIS CAUSE was heard on this day upon the Motion and Aff idavit for
Enforcement previously f iled herein by the Petitioner, and the Petitioner

the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represented by an attorney, and ~he Court having neard all of the
testi.inony of tlie parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is
theref ore
ADJUDGED that WILLIE JOHN JOHNSON, JR. , the Respondent, had the
f inancial ability to pay the sums hereir~af ter ref erred ~to and is now
ad judged guilty of willful contempt of this C~urt~ f or his wil lful f ailure
to pay support payments as directed by order duly entered herein, a copy
of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. ~ It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve ~ 0 days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce,
