THIS CAUSE wus heard on this day upon the Motion and Aff idavit for
Enforcement previously f iled herein by the Petitioner, and the Petitioner
being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel, and _
the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not havi_ng
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the !
testimony of the parties_and being fully advised in the premises, it is
theref ore
ADJUDGED that CLII~iIE HILL , the Respondent, had the
f inancial ability to pay the sums hereinaf ter ref erred to and is now
adjudged guilty of willful contempt of this C~urt for his wilLful failure
to pay support payments as directed by order duly entered herein, a copy
of_ which is attached hereto and by reference made n part hereof. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce,
