THIS CAUSE was heard on this day upon the Motion and Aff idavit for
Enforcement previously f iled herein by the Petitioner, and the Petitioner
being present in open Court in person and represented by counsel, and _
the Respondent having appeared.in person in open Court and not having
been represented bp an at~orney, and the Court having heard all of the
testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is
therefore
ADJUI~ED that CHARLES JONNSON , the Respondent, had the
f inancial ability to pay the sums hereinaf ter ref erred to and is now
ad judged g~iilty of willful contempt of this C~urt f or his willful f ailure
to pay support payments as directed by order duly entered herein, a copy
of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve ~ v days in the St. Luci County Jail, Fort Pierce,

PROVIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himself (either before or after
