THIS CAUSE was heard on thzs day upon the Motion and Affidavit for
Enforcement previously filed herein by the Petition~r, and the Petitioner/N
being present~}}~ppen Court in person and represented by caunsel, and
the Responden ltaving appeared in person in open Court and not having
been represent~d by an at~orney, and the Court having heard all of the
testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it~~is

ADJUDGED that JII~IIE TAYIAR , the Respondent, had the
f inancial ability to pay the sums hereinaf ter ref erred to and is now
ad judged guilty of w-illful contempt of this Court f or his willful f ailure
to pay support payments as directed by order duly entered herein, a copy
of which is attached hereto and by reference matle a part hereof. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby ~
sentenced to serve days in t~e St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce,
I; Flori~da, commencing on the day of , A.D.~ 1978.
