THIS CAUSE was heard on this day upon the Motion and Aff idavit for ~
Enforcement previously f iled herein by the Petitioner, and the Petitioner ~
bei_r~g present in open Court in person and represented by counsel, and ;
the Respondent having appeared in person in open Court and not having ~
been represented by an attorney, and the Court having heard all of the ~
testimony of the parties and being fully advised in the premises, it is ~
therefore .
ADJUDGED that GREGORY BRADLEY , the Respondent, had the .
Financial ability to pay the sum~ hereinaf ter ref erred fio and is now
ad judged guilty of willful contempt of this C~urt f or his c?•illful f ailure
to pay support payments as directed by order duly entered herein, a copy
of_ which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof. It is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that as punishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve J~ days 'n the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce, 7
