O R D E R
This cause coming before the Court on Defendant's
Motion for Protective Order from the taking of the depo-
sition of Jim Neu, and the Court having heard argument of
counsel and being fully advised in the premises, it is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The Motion for Protective Order that the deposi- .
tion of Jim Neu not be taken on December 2, 1977 is hereby
denied.
; 2. The Court reserves ruling on the issue of taxation

~ of costs and expenses of said deposition on behalf of Defen-
dant until after the trial of this action and the Court's

~ review of the testimony of Jim Neu and the Court's determina-
~ tion of whether Jim Neu is a witness for Plaintiff or for
Defendant.
