1HIS CAUSE was heard on the 29th day of November, 1977, upon
Rule To Show Cause previously issued by this Court, and the Petitioner being
represented by the Office of State Attorney, Nineteenth Judicial Circuit of
Florid.a, and the Respondent having appeared in person in open court, and the
Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully advised -
in the premises, it is therefore,
AD~J[7DGF.D that WILI.ARD WAYI~ FLOWERS had the financial ability
to pay the si,ans hereinafter referred to and is now adjudged guilty of willful
_ contempt of this Court for his willful failure to pay support payments as
directed by Order duly entered herein, a copy of which is attached hereto
and by reference made a part hereof. It is further
nl~nE~ ~ Aill[IDGED that as pwlishment for contempt he is hereby
sentenced to serve thirty (30) days in the St. Lucie County Jail, Fort Pierce,
Florida, commencing on the first day of i~larch, 1978.
PR(NIDED, HOWEVER, he may purge himse2f (either before or after
incarceration) and be released by payi.ng the sum of $ 660.00
due as of this date to the Clerk of Cirruit Court of this Caunty, together
with costs of his arrest. You and your duly authorized deputies are tt~erefore ~
ALL AND SINGULAR OF 1I~ SHERIFFS are directed to take into custody
the said WILIARD WAYNE FLOWERS on the said date and deliver him to the Sheriff
of St. Lucie County, Florida, for the execution of the above described judgment
and sentence. The CZerk of the Circuit Court and this Court shall be promptly

notified of his arrest.
