the 12th day of January, 1976, is modified and Respandent shall pay to the
Petitioner for the benefit of DAVID WAYI~ FiAWERS, born August 12, 1961, .
minor child, the sua of s10.00 per week, plus an additional ~2.00 for pay-
ment of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments, plus
the sun of ~5.00 per week in addition thereto which shall be applied to ,
past due arrears in the amount of S 3,615.00 . These payraents are
to begin on the 2nd day of December, 1977, and thereafter on Friday of each
and every w~eek; that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check ,
or by.postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
Crnuity, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transmit the said payments to:
County Clerk's Office, c/o Support Desk, St. Joseph County Courthouse,
South_Bend, Indiana 46601 (make checks payable to "Cotmty Clerk").
