'IHIS CAUSE having come before the Court on Petitioner's Rule
To Show Cause and Respondent having been present in Court and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERF.D A1~ AQ][~D that Respondent is not held in contempt
of Court, how~ever, he shall be required to pay to the Petitioner for the
benefit of 1~NYA G1-IAYIS, . born 9/27/69, and 7i0NYA a-IAVIS, born 9/1/70, minor
children the sum of ~15.00 per week, plus an additional s2.00 for payment > ~
of Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments, plus an additional
~2.00 per week to be applied to arrears due tmder Order of this Court dated
February 26, 1974, in the a~moi.mt of 53,860.00 as of 11/25/77, giving Responde~nt
credit for twoa payments made ~.u~cier said Order. These payments are to begin
~ on the 2nd day of December,.1977, and thereafter on Friday of each and every

! week; that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check or by
postal money order to the Clerk of the Circuit Caurt of St. Lucie Camty, ~
Florida, and the said Clerk shall transanit the said payments to: Onondaga k

Coimty Probatian Department, Support Bureau, Roan 112 Courthouse, Syracuse, '

New York 13202. ~
IT IS AJRI~~R ORDERED AND ADJi1DGED that should the Respondent ?
•becane imemployed he shall be required to present to the Clerk of Circuit •

~ Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, each week of his ~.uiemployment, a letter ~
~ ~
~ from the State of Florida Bureau of Fmployrnent stating that Respondent is i.m- ~
~ em~loyed and there are no jobs available for him. Upon presentation of such _

~ letter the support payment for that week will not be required. ;
