THIS CAIJSE was duly presented by the State Attorney and the Respondent
having been present in Court, and the Court bei~g advised in the pr~ses, it is, t
ORDERED AND ADJUD(~D that the Responden~ pay to the Petitioner for the
benefit of KII~~ERLY BANFIELD, born February 16, 1965, and LARItY BANFIFLD, born ~ ~

These pa~}~aents are to begin on the 13th day of June, 1977, and thereafter on rlonday
of each and every week; that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's
check or by postal money order Lo the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
Camty, Florida, and the said Clerk shall transinit the said payments to: Child
Support Enforcement Section, 1317 j~'iner~rood Boulevard, Tallahassee, Florida 32301,
as long as the case is certified as a Title N-D case, If the Clerk~receives
notification by the Departinent of Health rln3 Rehabilitative Services that the case ~
is no longer a N-D case, he ~~rill then fon?ard a12 support to: Clerk oF the Superi~r.

Respondent is granted reasonable rights of ~isitation upon notifying Petitioner of -
