This cause was duly presented by the 6tate Attorney and the Respondent having been present in
Court, and the Court being advised in the premises, it is,
ORDERED AND AD]UDGED that the Respondent pay to the Petitioner for the benefit of
STACI OOLE, date of birth: September 10, 1971; and
IlAAVID OOLE, date of birth: January 18, 1977
minor children, the sum of S 35.00 per ~k plus and additional ~t~ $2.00
for payment bf Clerk's fee for receiving and disbursing support payments.
These payments are to begin on the

of each and every week that said payments shall be made in cash, by cashier's check
