and mailed in tbe United States mails, shall be suNitient notice and damand in any case arisinq under this instrumeot and re-

14. This Mottgage shsll securo not ony existing indebtadness, but also such futuro advsncss, whether such advances aro
oWigatory or to be made at the option of the Mortgagae. or othervriss, as sre made within tvrenty (20) years from the date here-
of, to the same exte~t as if such futute advances wero made on the date ot the exacutio~ of this mo~tgage, but such secured
indebtednass shall nat exceed at a~y time the maximum principal amount of j 32 ~600. 00 , plus interest. and any
disbursements made for the payment of tazes. levies or insurance, on the property covered by the lien of this mongage, with in-
terest on such disbursements.
The covenants hercin contai~ed shall bind, snd the benefits and advantages shall inure to. the respective heirs, exetutors,
administrators and assigns of the psrties hereto. Whenever used, the singular number shall include the plural, the plural the singu•
lar, and the use of any gender shall include all geoders.
