It appearing to the Court from the Petition of LESLEY A. BASS, '
Husband in the.above styled cause, that the Wife, HELEN BASS, has
violated the terms of the Final Judgment entered on October 7th, 1971,
by failing to grant to the Husband the visitation rights provided therein: ~

1. That the Wife has failed and refused to grant visitation
rights to the Husband since the first week of August, 1977.

2. IT IS ORDERED that the Wife, HELEN BASS, appear before this '
